World Future Energy Summit 2011

29 Oct

The World Future Energy Summit (WFES) is known worldwide as the “must-attend” annual meeting for the renewables and energy industries.  Since inception in 2008, the WFES has grown into a premier event attracting over 24,000 attendees from over 140 countries.

The Summit brings together leaders from the worlds of policy, finance, academia and industry to discover and promote solutions to climate change challenges and global energy supply and security concerns.  Throughout its robust program and exposition hall, the WFES also highlights the multitude of investment opportunities offered by the global energy sector.

Held annually in Abu Dhabi, the WFES is hosted by Masdar – a multi-faceted company dedicated to the development, deployment and commercialization of renewable energy and clean technology.  Read more about Masdar and Masdar City’s plans to become the most sustainable urban center in the world.

Global Fund Exchange Chairman Anric Blatt and CEO Lauralouise Duffy are looking forward to attending the event in January and will be available to meet with interested parties during their stay.  Please contact us for more information or visit the WFES homepage to learn more.
